Senior Electronic Design Engineer SALARY – COMPETETIVE DOE LOCATION – TORQUAY What We can offer you: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays 6% company pension contribution Performance-based bonus scheme Health Cash Plan The role: We are seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join a dynamic team, focusing on the design and development of advanced embedded systems for industrial, aerospace & defence, and bio-photonics applications. Reporting to the Principal Electronics Engineer, you will lead the design of electronic sub-systems, including laser drivers, optical detection circuits, and digital control electronics. This role involves taking projects from concept to production, including schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and embedded firmware development for ARM-based microprocessors. You will collaborate with optical and mechanical engineers to develop innovative solutions for satellite communications, industrial sensing, and biomedical imaging. Additional responsibilities include reliability analysis, obsolescence management, and supporting business development efforts to deliver cutting-edge products and drive long-term growth.
