Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week on-site (based on workload classification)

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual Citizenship

The Role:

  • Support business-winning activities through bidding, proposal generation, and contract negotiations
  • Manage and deliver contracts, including change control, problem solving, and customer engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including reporting and representation at meetings
  • Maintain and administer commercial systems, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex, high-value contracts and understanding the full contract lifecycle
  • Solid grasp of contract law, IP rights, risk/liability management, and export/import controls
  • Proficient in commercial tools and systems, including SAP
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
