Are you a certified, heavyweight Change Management professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on delivery? Do you have a track record of driving user adoption across complex, enterprise-scale IT, OT, and Cyber transformation programmes?

We are seeking a Digital Business Change Manager to lead business readiness and maximize user adoption for a major Transmission Digital portfolio across Scotland. Working within a structured Digital Business Change Framework, you will partner with business leaders to deliver high-impact, leader-led change experiences.

The Opportunity & Impact

Operating at the portfolio level, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and execute integrated change plans across multiple complex projects. You will be responsible for bringing the strategic narrative to life, ensuring that cumulative technical capabilities translate into real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Change Leadership: Lead the design, creation, and delivery of integrated digital business change plans across multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
  • Strategic Narrative: Craft and articulate the overarching change narrative, setting individual technical rollouts in context to showcase cumulative value to the business.
  • People-Centric Adoption: Focus heavily on the people side of change—supporting the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies while partnering with HR when changes impact roles or structures.
  • Framework Refinement: Continually refine existing change approaches, tools, and templates, actively enhancing the change capability of the wider team.
  • Dual Delivery: Maintain the agility to act as both a strategic advisor to executive leadership and a hands-on executor to get the job done.

What We Are Looking For

  • Professional Certification: A recognized change management qualification is essential (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Enterprise Digital Pedigree: Extensive experience managing change within complex, large-scale digital environments (ideally encompassing IT, Operational Technology (OT), or Cyber Security).
  • Stakeholder Influence: Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams and coach business leaders through complex transformation cycles.
  • Agility & Resilience: Proven experience managing cumulative change impacts on users within a fast-paced corporate drumbeat.

Working Structure & Benefits

  • Premium Day Rate: £650/day (On Payroll).
  • Hybrid Model: A 50/50 split. 2.5 days per week will be spent face-to-face at key delivery locations in Scotland (Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, or Inverness), with the remaining time split between regional consultancy offices and remote home working.
  • Stability: A long-term contract running through until late Q1 2027, with strong potential for extension based on portfolio milestones.
