Mane are supporting a globally renowned wind energy contractor who are hiring for a Team Leader to work on a major onshore wind project in South-West Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily installation team activities
- Ensure safe execution of works in line with HSE standards
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and site communication. Report progress and site updates to management
- Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance
- Deliver toolbox talks and daily planning sessions
- Provide technical guidance and team support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wind turbine installation projects
- Vestas C-Level certification (essential)
- GWO BST and GWO BTT (ideally all 5 modules)
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills (electrical knowledge advantageous)
- English (B1 minimum)
- UK passport/Right to work in UK
