Mane are supporting a globally renowned wind energy contractor who are hiring for a Team Leader to work on a major onshore wind project in South-West Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily installation team activities
  • Ensure safe execution of works in line with HSE standards
  • Coordinate tasks, resources, and site communication. Report progress and site updates to management
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance
  • Deliver toolbox talks and daily planning sessions
  • Provide technical guidance and team support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wind turbine installation projects
  • Vestas C-Level certification (essential)
  • GWO BST and GWO BTT (ideally all 5 modules)
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills (electrical knowledge advantageous)
  • English (B1 minimum)
  • UK passport/Right to work in UK
