The Opportunity As a Reliability Engineer, your role will focus on delivering robust reliability programs for complex systems. By understanding the system and its operational context, you’ll ensure risks are mitigated and a comprehensive reliability case is presented. Your Role Lead the delivery of Reliability Case Reports and supporting analyses (FMECA, reliability predictions, etc.). Balance technical, time, and cost constraints to deliver efficient reliability solutions. Apply innovative methodologies, such as FIDES, to address evolving industry challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability processes into system engineering lifecycles. Mentor and support early-career engineers, shaping the future of reliability expertise. Contribute to internally funded research packages and explore cutting-edge solutions. What We’re Looking For Knowledge of complex electronic systems and associated reliability challenges (other engineering backgrounds considered). Experience delivering reliability planning, analysis, and testing during development. Demonstrable knowledge of the relationship between reliability lifecycles and system engineering processes. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multi-disciplinary, international teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
