We are currently recruiting for a professional and organised Receptionist & Facilities Co-Ordinator to join a busy and dynamic business environment in Annesley, Nottinghamshire. This is a varied position combining front-of-house reception responsibilities with facilities coordination and administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering a high standard of service to visitors, employees, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and managing reception duties
  • Handling incoming calls and managing shared inboxes
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, travel bookings, and hospitality
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and goods received notes
  • Ordering office, kitchen, and stationery supplies
  • Coordinating facilities maintenance and contractor visits
  • Maintaining statutory compliance records and arranging maintenance checks
  • Supporting fire evacuation drills and facilities compliance processes
  • General administrative support across the business

Requirements

  • Previous experience within reception, facilities, or office administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
