Project Location: Mons, Belgium Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous Must hold either a EU passport Package Includes: Accommodation Flights Rotations (17/4) Travel Living Allowance & MoreKey Responsibilities: Validate the tender after project award in collaboration with the Project Manager/Director. Assist in preparing the project Cost Control System (CCS) by analysing tender and project requirements. Develop project cash flow forecasts by evaluating billing schedules and cost timings. Prepare monthly reports in line with standardised procedures. Conduct site measurements alongside Construction and Planning Teams, adhering to contractual protocols. Ensure timely submission of claims and notices as required by contract terms. Identify and address areas of concern related to contract costs, sales, and contributions. Attend and contribute to monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings. Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence in consultation with the Project Manager/Director. Assess whether material purchases fall within scope or constitute budget variations. Manage client invoicing processes, including invoice submissions and payment tracking. Oversee payments to subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing their submissions against contractual terms. Work closely with the Finance Department on project reporting and financial management. Resolve disputes related to client or subcontractor issues. Compile reports on commercial and contractual matters for the Project and Commercial Managers. Monitor and review site procurement activities based on regular updates.Qualification Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Progress towards chartership or a professional Quantity Surveying certification is advantageous. Knowledge of electrical systems, with prior experience in a electrically focused role, is desirable. Experience in data centre projects is an advantage but not essential
