Job Description Job Title: Quality Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a Quality Manager to take a central role in ensuring adherence to rigorous industry standards in a highly regulated sector. This position involves ensuring complete supply chain traceability, from material sourcing to delivering finished products. As a key member of the quality team, you will lead by example, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and driving excellence across all quality functions. Core Responsibilities: Oversee and sustain compliance with AS9120 standards and other relevant regulations. Manage and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality control processes. Act as the primary contact for resolving quality issues with both customers and suppliers. Coordinate and lead audits conducted by external parties, regulatory bodies, or customers. Ensure timely completion of internal and supplier audit schedules. Supervise product inspections and ensure accurate reporting, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs). Manage the processes for handling non-conformance (NC) and return material authorisation (RMA). Track and report quality performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
