The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth across our Project Control function, we’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Project Planners and Project Controllers to join our expanding team. These roles offer excellent opportunities to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are open to applicants with various levels of experience, as we are recruiting for multiple positions with varying degrees of responsibility and complexity.
You will be working on:
- Project Health: Validation of project assessments and identification of issues/risks for review and resolution
- Schedule Assessment: Ensuring project-level schedules are accurate, coherent, and aligned with planning principles
- Integrated Baseline Management: Leading the generation of Integrated Baseline Schedules to ensure successful programme delivery
- Costs to Go & EAC: Validating project cost forecasts and supporting Estimate at Completion reviews
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Leading Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) across relevant projects
- New Business Support: Engaging in bid activities to ensure robust project management foundations are in place
What we’re looking for from you:
- Planning experience—from detailed plans to milestone-level summaries
- Strong capability in managing project structures (WBS/CBS/OBS)
- Experience analysing project performance data (schedule, cost, resource)
- Competence in SRA, Critical Path Analysis, and EVM
- Strong problem-solving skills and drive to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Familiarity with Project Management tools (SAP, ARM, Primavera, Oracle Unifier)
- Understanding of Baseline Management and Change Control processes
- Ownership of data quality and reporting
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multifunctional teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
