We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to support the successful delivery of complex programmes within the defence and aerospace sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that delivery milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide accurate progress reporting and performance analysis to project leadership.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, supporting mitigation planning.
- Track and manage project costs, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Support governance processes and ensure compliance with project controls standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and supply chain teams to drive successful outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Background in project controls, project management, or financial/project analysis.
- Strong skills in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and MS Excel.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a complex, regulated, or engineering-led environment (defence/aerospace desirable).
