We’re recruiting a Program Manager to lead complex licensed programmes from commercial strategy through to delivery. You’ll work directly with OEM customers, manage cross‑functional and multi‑site teams, and own cost, quality, schedule, and profitability end‑to‑end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning OEM programme delivery and commercial performance
- Leading cross‑site teams across engineering, operations, quality, and sales
- Managing pricing, forecasts, profitability, and contract compliance
- Acting as the senior interface with OEM customers
- Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering background
