Production Operator

We’re looking for motivated Production Operators to support our busy manufacturing and logistics department. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in production within the aerospace industry.

Hours: 39 per week

• Core shift: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–1pm
• Overtime Available

Department: Production / Logistics / Manufacturing

Reports to: Manufacturing Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of general operator duties within the manufacturing plant
• Manual assembly of seat parts, stores duties, leather work, machine operations
• Preparing and painting finished parts
• Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions
• Adhere to quality procedures to ensure a high standard of output
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Support and contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, overtime, and occasional travel
• Capable of meeting targets and deadlines
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
