I'm currently recruiting for a Procurement Assistant / Purchasing Administrator to support the direct materials procurement function for a leading engineering business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for projects.
- Process project material requisitions via OSCAR and raise purchase orders in SAP, including manual entries where required.
- Support project delivery while maintaining compliance with contractual, financial, and logistical requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain administration.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Understanding of project planning, sourcing, and Bill of Materials (BOM) implementation.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and export documentation.
