Our client, a leading high-speed craft and aluminium ship builder, is looking for multiple Aluminium Welders with MIG experience.

Tasks:
- Fabrication & Assembly: Fit, tack, and assemble aluminium parts including hull sections, frames, decks, and bulkheads.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and build plans accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment, including wire changes and machine tuning.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Inspect welds to ensure they meet marine industry standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Finishing & Prep: Grind, smooth, and clean welded areas using hand and power tools to achieve proper surface finish.
Previous experience in a Marine or Heavy industry preferred.
