We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a long-term contract working on the

T26 Naval Programme .

Welders will work across both workshop and ship/on-site environments , depending on project requirements.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with

TIG (GTAW), MAG (GMAW), FCAW (Flux Core) and MMA (SMAW) welding processes.

  • Proven all-positional welding experience , including
  • Experience working in confined spaces .

• Experience welding a range of materials, including

  • 316L Stainless Steel
  • Copper Nickel 90/10
  • Inconel 625
  • Low Carbon Steel
  • Experience working with small and large bore pipe , including thin and thick wall thicknesses.
  • Ability to accurately interpret isometric engineering drawings .
  • Ability to read and work to

Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) .

  • Knowledge of
  • Must be able to successfully complete multiple all-positional welding qualification tests prior to employment.
  • Must be a fully time-served Welder with relevant accredited qualifications.

Desirable Experience

Orbital TIG welding experience.

  • Experience with

Automated TIP-TIG .

  • Knowledge of

Lloyd's Rules .

CSWIP 3.0 or 3.1 certification.

  • Fabrication and pipe set-up experience .
  • Previous supervisory/team leadership experience .
