About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Improve manufacturing systems, processes, and production flow
  • Support fabrication and assembly operations for heavy machinery
  • Develop efficient production methods and shop-floor layouts
  • Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Yamazumi, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage BOMs (Bills of Materials) and material flow
  • Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues
  • Drive cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity improvements
  • Support new product introduction (NPI)
  • Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance across operations

Qualifications

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

Required Skills

  • Experience in heavy equipment, fabrication, or assembly manufacturing
  • Lean manufacturing and CI tools
  • Root-cause analysis and problem solving
