Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing systems, processes, and production flow
- Support fabrication and assembly operations for heavy machinery
- Develop efficient production methods and shop-floor layouts
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Yamazumi, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage BOMs (Bills of Materials) and material flow
- Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues
- Drive cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity improvements
- Support new product introduction (NPI)
- Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance across operations
Qualifications
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Required Skills
- Experience in heavy equipment, fabrication, or assembly manufacturing
- Lean manufacturing and CI tools
- Root-cause analysis and problem solving
