MEP Designer

Mane are seeking a Mechanically Biased MEP Designer with a strong background in fit-out and residential HVAC systems to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing Fan Coil Units (FCU), Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), and Air Conditioning (AC) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design & Development – Produce detailed mechanical designs for HVAC systems in residential and fit-out projects.

✅ Technical Coordination – Work closely with electrical, plumbing, and other trades to ensure seamless MEP integration.

✅ Compliance & Standards – Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations, CIBSE guidelines, and industry standards.

✅ Software Proficiency – Utilize CAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools for design and modeling.

✅ Project Collaboration – Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure designs align with project requirements.

✅ Site Support – Provide technical assistance and oversee the installation process when required

Key Skills & Experience:

🔹 3+ years of MEP design experience, specifically in HVAC systems for residential and fit-out projects.

🔹 Strong knowledge of FCU, MVHR, and AC system design.

🔹 Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC design software.

🔹 Understanding of BS, CIBSE, and building regulations.

🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

🔹 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
