Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Operative to support works on a temporary project in Melksham. This role is suited to a qualified Roto Operator with proven experience operating 360° slew machinery in a safe and efficient manner on active site environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out lifting and operational duties in line with site requirements, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of roto/360° slew plant in line with site requirements
  • Carrying out lifting and handling activities as required
  • Supporting mechanical and electrical site operations
  • Following site instructions and operational procedures
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations
  • Maintaining safe working practices at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Roto Operator ticket (360° Slew) is essential
  • Proven experience operating relevant plant machinery
  • Strong awareness of site health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work effectively on active construction sites
  • Reliable, competent, and safety-conscious approach to work

Desirable Requirements

  • NG Person certification
  • Manual Handling training
  • Previous M&E or construction site experience
