  • Improve manufacturing systems, processes, and production flow
  • Support fabrication and assembly operations for heavy machinery
  • Develop efficient production methods and shop-floor layouts
  • Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Yamazumi, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues
  • Drive cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity improvements
  • Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance across operations

Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

Experience in heavy equipment, fabrication, or assembly manufacturing

Lean manufacturing and CI tools

Root-cause analysis and problem solving

Understanding of welding, machining, hydraulics, and assembly processes

Strong communication and project coordination skills

CAD/SolidWorks familiarity

Production KPI analysis
