We are currently supporting a client in the offshore wind sector who is looking to appoint an experienced
Tendering & Proposals Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in securing major offshore wind projects, leading tender and proposal activities for export and inter-array cable packages from the early stages of project development through to submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Develop winning bid strategies and high-quality proposals for offshore wind projects.
- Work closely with engineering, commercial, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.
- Coordinate with developers, suppliers, and key stakeholders throughout the bid process.
- Manage multiple tender opportunities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to strategic growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in tendering, proposals, or bid management within the offshore wind industry.
- Strong knowledge of offshore export and/or inter-array cable systems.
- Experience working with developers, EPC contractors, cable manufacturers, or installation contractors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
