Mane are on the hunt for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their client in the busy Hyperscale Data Center universe! You’ll be working on some of the most exciting upcoming projects in the UK in this ever expanding sector! If you have a background in Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, or Semiconductor industries is highly advantageous. Ideal candidates will have M&E experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update cash flow projections. Oversee the preparation and submission of applications, certifications, and invoices. Assist in preparing variations and applications for payments. Manage retention processes and maintain strong Sub-Contractor relationships. Support the preparation of Job Cost Reports (JCRs) and collaborate with Project Managers. Monitor and track Supply Chain KPIs, ensuring accurate database management. Maintain precise records and provide administrative support within the Commercial Department. Input and analyze data for reporting purposes. Undertake additional duties as required. Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying. 1-2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Proficiency in Excel and QS software (e.g., Ross 5D) is highly desirable.
