This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role at the heart of elite-level race operations, working across timing, data delivery, analytics, and technical event systems that support live motorsport operations on a global scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of racing technology - driving innovation, improving operational performance, and leading teams responsible for delivering critical technical services across race events worldwide. If you thrive in high-pressure environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have a passion for motorsport data and performance systems, this could be the perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary technical teams across timing, data delivery, and race analysis functions
  • Driving strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across racing systems and event technologies
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape long-term technical and operational roadmaps
  • Supporting the development of AI-driven diagnostic and predictive tools to improve event operations and system performance
  • Collaborating with software, innovation, digital, and broadcast teams to enhance data-driven motorsport content and fan engagement
  • Ensuring technical systems, infrastructure, and event operations are fully prepared and operational across international race events
  • Overseeing technical reporting, analytics workflows, and automated data solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Acting as a senior technical leader during live events, ensuring smooth delivery across all operational functions
  • Supporting budgeting, resource planning, and long-term departmental growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

We’re interested in people who combine strong technical expertise with leadership experience in fast-paced motorsport or high-performance engineering environments. You’ll ideally bring:

  • A background in motorsport race engineering, performance analysis, vehicle dynamics, race strategy, or technical operations
  • Experience managing and developing medium-sized technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Experience working with telemetry, data analysis, and visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of SQL, MATLAB, Excel, and other analytical software
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as part of a global race calendar

An engineering degree or equivalent industry experience would also be beneficial.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of elite motorsport technology, helping shape how race data, technical systems, and live operations evolve in one of the most demanding and exciting industries in the world. You’ll be joining a collaborative and highly technical environment where innovation, performance, and problem-solving are part of everyday life — with the chance to make a genuine impact on future racing operations and technologies.
