An industry leader in bespoke, high-value engineered products is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management to take charge of its multi-site internal manufacturing operations. With responsibility for over 400 staff and a £33M budget, this is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the heart of production delivery.

You’ll lead teams across composites and furniture manufacturing, driving performance in output, safety, cost control, and continuous improvement. This role suits a commercially astute manufacturing leader with experience overseeing complex, custom-build environments and managing both in-house production and outsourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee factory operations to meet output, quality, safety, and cost targets
