We are seeking an experienced Head of SHEQ to lead the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality function across high voltage substation and power transmission projects. The role will focus on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence across all project activities. This will be a permanent position. Office presence is required 2–3 days per week, with international travel required on an ad hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the company SHEQ strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all SHEQ legislation, client standards, and ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Support project delivery teams with SHEQ guidance and documentation.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Monitor SHEQ performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across the business.
