Overview
Global Recruitment Partner – GSE & Ground Handling Operations. Are you an experienced HGV Engineer ready to take your skills airside? This is your opportunity to join a dedicated engineering team at London Heathrow, keeping one of the world’s busiest airports moving.
You’ll be hands-on with specialist Ground Support Equipment (GSE) — from tugs and tractors to baggage systems and hydraulic lifts — ensuring they’re safe, reliable, and operational 24/7.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airport GSE (mechanical & electrical)
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to high standards
- Diagnosing faults, completing accurate job records, and ensuring compliance
- Working shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota (choice of 06:30–18:30 or 11:30–23:30) with shift allowance
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds in motor mechanics engineering (or equivalent)
- 5 years’ checkable work history for airside clearance
- Ability to pass CRC and GSAT security checks
