We’re recruiting a Program Manager to lead complex licensed programmes from commercial strategy through to delivery. You’ll work directly with OEM customers, manage cross-functional and multi-site teams, and own cost, quality, schedule, and profitability end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning OEM programme delivery and commercial performance
- Leading cross-site teams across engineering, operations, quality, and sales
- Managing pricing, forecasts, profitability, and contract compliance
- Acting as the senior interface with OEM customers
- Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
