What We’re Looking For:
We’re interested in people who combine strong technical expertise with leadership experience in fast-paced motorsport or high-performance engineering environments. You’ll ideally bring:
- A background in motorsport race engineering, performance analysis, vehicle dynamics, race strategy, or technical operations
- Experience managing and developing medium-sized technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Experience working with telemetry, data analysis, and visualisation tools
- Knowledge of SQL, MATLAB, Excel, and other analytical software
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational performance
