Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of scheduling activities across offshore wind projects, including greenfield developments, tendering processes, and M&A opportunities.
- Manage project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development through execution and commissioning.
- Ensure scheduling methodologies, tools, and strategies align with both corporate standards and project requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of PMO scheduling processes, templates, and tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners while coordinating scheduling activities across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Advise project and senior management on optimal scheduling approaches, taking into account internal and external project constraints.
- Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with contractor schedules and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Monitor schedule performance and provide regular reporting to project leadership, including baseline tracking, critical path analysis, milestone reporting, and S-curve updates.
- Support quantitative schedule risk assessments (QSRA) and facilitate coordination between technical, commercial, and construction teams.
- Lead scheduling and progress review meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring compliance with scheduling standards across multiple projects.
- Coordinate executive priorities by effectively aligning meetings, travel, calendars, and key business activities into well-structured schedules.
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical discipline).
- Several years of experience in planning and scheduling large-scale offshore wind projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in schedule development within complex, multidisciplinary, and international project environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel; familiarity with resource planning and risk management tools is advantageous.
- Initial experience in scheduling software administration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, critical path methodology, and resource planning principles.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Prior functional leadership or mentoring experience supporting junior team members.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
