This is an exciting opportunity for an Industrialisation Engineer to develop and improve production tools and manufacturing processes. The role operates within a fast paced manufacturing environment, providing effective production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and optimise tooling and manufacturing processes for metallic systems
  • Support industrialisation of new products and continuous improvement of existing production
  • Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, SOPs and engineering standards (including 5S)
  • Resolve production issues using RCCA and data-driven improvement techniques
  • Manage suppliers and assess cost-effective manufacturing and tooling solutions
Skills & Experience
  • Experience creating manufacturing sequences for multi-level assemblies
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using MRP systems
  • Ability to use cost data to support decision-making
Desirable:
  • Welding and non-destructive testing experience
  • Project management experience (e.g. MS Project)
  • Make vs buy analysis experience
Education

Degree in an engineering/science discipline or equivalent experience
