We are currently recruiting experienced Industrial Paint Sprayers & Shot Blasting Operatives for a leading client in Northern Ireland. If you have experience in powder coating preparation, industrial spraying, surface finishing, or shot blasting, this is a great opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment with excellent working hours.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing components for powder coating and finishing to high quality standards while ensuring production targets and safety requirements are met.
Duties Include:
- Preparing components for powder coating
- Cleaning, masking, bunging, foiling & blow-down work
- Shot blasting inspection & surface preparation
- Filling, sanding & smoothing surfaces
- Operating industrial paint spraying equipment
- Maintaining quality standards throughout production
- Using air-fed respiratory equipment safely
- Supporting production targets and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial paint spraying, powder coating, or shot blasting
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused
- Team player with a positive attitude
Working Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday Finish at 1:00pm
