The predicted salary is between 1050 - 1300 Β£ per month.
This is a contract on-site role for a Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer located in South East London. The Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer will be responsible for powder coating and spraying of various parts and components.
Key Skills:
- Preparation of parts for Powder coat & wet spray.
- Surface prep and masking unpainted areas.
- Good eye for detail.
- Clean and tidy work ethic.
- Good Timekeeping.
- Hanging parts efficiently, setting up spray guns, applying powder coat evenly using electrostatic equipment, and managing colour changes.
- Loading coated items into ovens and baking them at specified temperatures and times.
- Inspecting finished products for consistent thickness, coverage, and defects; performing first-piece and in-process checks.
- Setting up, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters, and ovens; maintaining a tidy work area.
- Approximately 5-10 hours of overtime available each week.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday (7.00am to 4.00pm). Friday (7.00am to 11.15am). Overtime will be available as and when.
Interview Requirements:
- Passport - UK
- A non-UK passport endorsed to show they have Indefinite leave to remain, or appropriate visa
- Share code (EU Settlement or E-visa) AND proof of National Insurance (P60, P45, HMRC Letter, old payslip)
