As a CPCS Slinger Signaller, you will be required to work as part of a team on a structural bridge installation project located on the HS2 Align project. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CPCS Slinger/Signaller to join our site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely attaching, directing and guiding loads during lifting operations, working closely with crane operators and the wider construction team. Safety, communication and attention to detail are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Safely sling, secure and guide loads in accordance with site procedures and lifting plans. Direct crane and lifting operations using recognised signalling methods. Select and inspect appropriate lifting accessories before use. Ensure loads are correctly balanced, secured and within safe working limits. Establish and maintain exclusion zones around lifting operations. Communicate effectively with crane operators, supervisors and other site personnel. Follow lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements and site rules. Carry out pre-use checks of lifting accessories and report defects immediately. Maintain a safe and organised working area. Assist with the safe positioning and movement of materials around site.
