Your Role:

  • Set up & operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision parts.
  • Check accuracy of parts using various measurement tools to ensure they meet engineering drawings.
  • Adjust offsets to correct any errors and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with the pre-setter to ensure correct tooling setup.
  • Inspect first-off parts and collaborate with your team on inspections.
  • Maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and support operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with CNC turning and milling machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Aerospace experience is a plus.
  • Apprenticeship-qualified or similar experience in CNC machining.
