Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex engineering projects across multiple clients, ensuring successful outcomes in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations.
- Demonstrate proven experience delivering projects within this sector, taking clear ownership and accountability for results.
- Provide strong leadership, setting the standard as a role model while motivating and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Adapt effectively to a diverse project portfolio and manage concurrent workstreams for key customers.
- Apply strong commercial judgement across pre-construction, procurement, and execution phases, ensuring value-driven decision-making.
- Establish and maintain robust project controls, including planning, cost management, risk management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing engineering projects, ideally within the energy, power, or related industrial sectors.
- Advanced project management capability, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering principles and industry standards.
- Proficient in the use of project management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
