About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes on commercial and data centre projects. You will ensure that project teams are aligned, data is accurate, and BIM standards are maintained across all stages of design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain BIM models across multiple disciplines (MEP, structural, architectural)
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and ISO 19650
- Support project teams with clash detection, model coordination, and visualization
- Facilitate smooth information flow between internal teams and external consultants
- Generate and maintain accurate BIM documentation and reports
- Provide guidance and training on BIM best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably on commercial and data centre projects
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650 principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
