An exciting opportunity has opened for a Systems Design Engineer to join a high-performing team working on enhancements to an established missile defence system. You'll play a key part in system redesign due to obsolescence, contributing to a long-term programme with wide scope and technical depth. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across the full system lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, integration, and certification.
What You'll Do
- Lead systems design activities at the missile/system level within the obsolescence programme
- Coordinate and manage design assurance and certification planning
- Develop and deliver bid strategies and technical documentation
- Drive technical trade studies and engage multiple subsystem stakeholders
- Work across engineering, integration, and verification functions

- Requirements management and use case analysis
