Location: Hybrid (Epsom, London, Peterborough, Cambridge)

Rate: Up to £75 per hour

Working arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days office/site per week)

We’re seeking two experienced Associate / Associate Director level Electrical Engineers to lead the delivery of major UK Water and infrastructure projects within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape technical delivery, guide engineering teams, and support successful execution of complex, high-profile infrastructure programmes.

Key experience required:

  • Leading Electrical & ICA design teams
  • Strong background in industrial/process environments
  • Single Line Diagrams, MCCs, Load Schedules, Control Philosophies
  • Knowledge of WIMES, DSEAR, ATEX, earthing & bonding
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng required / IEng considered)

You’ll play a key role in driving technical excellence, supporting project delivery, and influencing engineering standards across major programmes.
