We’re recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to join a growing Power & Renewables business with a 5+ year secured project pipeline.
This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of civil engineering strategy, technical delivery and standards across major energy and infrastructure projects.
The Role
- Lead civil engineering across a portfolio of Power & Renewable projects.
- Provide technical leadership from tender & design through construction and handover.
- Lead and develop civil engineering teams.
- Manage design consultants and key technical stakeholders.
- Oversee earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations and site infrastructure.
- Drive value engineering, constructability and continuous improvement.
- Provide senior technical input on cost, programme and project risk.
We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- Background in infrastructure, energy, utilities or Power & Renewables.
- Strong technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing external design consultants.
BESS, solar, wind, substations, grid connections, T&D or HV/MV infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
