Motorbike Team Leader - Belgium We are currently recruiting an experienced Motorbike Team Leader to join an automotive project based in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and supervising a team working on motorbikes, ensuring production, technical and quality standards are maintained. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting technicians and inspectors on the shop floor Coordinating daily workloads and allocating tasks across the team Ensuring motorbike assembly, repair and inspection work is completed correctly Monitoring productivity and quality standards Supporting the team with technical and mechanical issues Identifying and escalating production or quality concerns Ensuring rework and repairs are completed to the required standard Liaising with supervisors, management and other departments Ensuring the team follows working procedures and health & safety requirements Reporting on progress, quality issues and outstanding work Helping to maintain an efficient and organised working environment Requirements Previous motorbike experience is essential Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or senior technician experience Strong automotive/motorbike technical knowledge Good understanding of assembly, repair and inspection processes Confident managing and supporting a team Strong communication and organisational skills Good problem-solving ability Able to communicate effectively in English Right to work in the EU Available to start ASAPLocation: Belgium Positions: 1 Start: ASAP To apply, please send your CV and availability to
