Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead electrical harness and cable assembly manufacturing within a highly regulated defence environment. You will own process development, drive improvements and ensure robust documentation from design through to full-rate production. You will act as the technical authority for electrical manufacturing processes, coordinating with Design, Production and Quality teams, and supporting NPI while upholding stringent standards.
