I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Finishing Technician to join a well-established engineering business working on precision components in a clean, high-quality manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing components (cleaning, masking, surface prep)
- Applying coatings via wet spray / powder coating techniques
- Ensuring consistent finish, thickness quality
- Carrying out visual inspections quality checks
- Maintaining spray equipment and a clean workspace
Hours: Mon–Thurs: 07:30 – 16:00 (flexible start/finish available), Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in paint spraying / finishing (manufacturing environment)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to provide 5 years’ checkable work history
