Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Mandy Support Ltd is opening Strensall House, a two-bed children’s home in Leicester. It will care for young people aged 7–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, autism or learning disabilities. Our Ofsted application is already open, planning is approved, and the home, policies and core staff team are in place. We now need an experienced Registered Manager to take us through registration and open the home.
What you’ll do
- Lead the home through Ofsted registration, including your SC2 application and the registration visit
- Build and lead a small team of support workers, seniors and a deputy
- Own safeguarding, care planning, admissions and matching
- Work closely with placing authorities, families and professionals
- Shape the home’s culture and practice from day one
