The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool – as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. The group stages a wide array of national and international events, including the Eurovision Song Contest last year and forthcoming major conferences and entertainment programmes. Excellent stewarding is essential to keeping people safe and ensuring they enjoy their visit to ACC Liverpool.

We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable Casual Event Security & Stewarding Supervisors who focus on visitor safety, lead teams with enthusiasm, and deliver a first‑class service across all events.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Event Security & Stewarding Managers on all Security and Stewarding operations across the ACC Liverpool group campus.
  • Supervise dedicated Security and Stewarding staff during events, ensuring security measures are performed in line with ACC Liverpool procedures and policies.
  • Act as the link between Security and Stewarding teams and event delivery teams, working closely with ACC Liverpool Group Event and Front of House Managers.
  • Ensure the Security & Stewarding achieve the highest standard of customer service for ACC Liverpool visitors.
  • Deliver team briefings to Security & Stewarding teams on the event floor.
  • Ensure all staff are signed in and out for duties, with correct uniform and presentation.
  • Manage the signing in and out of relevant kit, including building keys, access cards and ticket scanners.
  • Respond to and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining radio communication with the Security Control Room team.
  • Advocate Health & Safety and Fire Safety across the venue.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Stewarding and Security roles.
  • Ability to motivate, communicate and be flexible with deployments.
  • Experience leading people, giving clear direction and being customer focused.
  • Experience of large music, sporting, conference and exhibition events.

  • Shows high levels of emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Works well in a team but has autonomy over own area.
  • Good at influencing and managing internal/external stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator.
