The Role Scope
WMS Support and Test Analyst will support the day to day use with first fix advice for the warehouse management system and support the wider WMS team with testing/ changes/ updates to the system.
✨Role key responsibility
- Become an SME on Blue Yonder and able to advise and guide our users on usage and best practice.
- Support the wider WMS team with testing new solutions
- Maintain documentation with any additional functionality or changes made to the solution
- Answer queries/questions from operation as and when necessary
