MandM is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Browse vertical, driving strategy and measurable outcomes. You will coach a growing team of Product Owners and raise standards of product ownership across the Customer and eCommerce function.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with Agile teams, designers, and engineers to shape product strategy, validate hypotheses, and deliver customer value while developing a mature Product Operating Model within a fast-paced retailer.
