MandM in Hereford is recruiting a Merchandiser on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting October 2026. You will lead commercial ownership for Fashion Clothing, working with Buyers and reporting to the Head of Merchandising to balance strategic planning with reactive trading.

You will develop seasonal plans, manage budgets, and drive profitable stock across UK and European sites, mentoring a Merchandising Assistant and partnering with cross-functional teams.
