The Role Scope
✨Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (Esos) returns preparation.
✨The collation of energy and waste data
✨Taking manual meter readings across sites
✨Production of monthly information packs, including energy usage with appropriate commentary
✨Presentation of the energy usage in Excel format, utilising chart and formula function to present the key data effectively
✨Reading & manual recording of meter readings across all sites
✨Reconciliation of invoices from utility providers
✨Collation of vehicle fuel usage and data capture
✨Waste transfer- booking and arrange collections, ensure waste transfer notes are documented
✨Maintenance of approved contractor list – ensuring all are compliant with insurance docs and lifting licences on file in date, with regular communication
✨Maintaining contractor diary – record all contractors on site and permit to work status
✨Periodic Licence checks of shunter drivers
✨Analysing fleet telematics
✨Producing monthly information packs including energy usage with appropriate commentary
✨Ad hoc admin related to transport and buildings compliance
About You
✨Strong knowledge of Excel and other data presentation packages – to include chart creation; advanced formula / V Lookup
✨Knowledge/experience of energy reporting
✨Previous administrative experience, ideally in facilities background, or similar industries
✨Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✨Full driving license with access to a vehicle (due to having to visit both sites)
✨The ability to plan, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines
✨Good administrator with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
✨Understanding of unit of measure for energy collation
