Warehouse Team Leader - Outbound PM
Location: Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom
Type: Permanent, full time
Working Pattern: 13:45pm - 22:15pm, Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three
Pay: £16.26/hour weekdays, £20.33/hour weekends

The Role Scope:
- Monitoring of department KPI results and providing feedback to staff.
- Start of shift communication briefings, organising daily tasks and targets for the team.
- Assisting with absence management including participation in return to work meetings.
- Prepare and effectively complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs.
- Responsible for health and safety of the team and area.
