Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: Onsite - 13:45pm - 22:15pm on 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three
Pay: £18.20 Monday - Friday and £22.75 Saturday and Sunday - PM Shift Allowances £34.55

The Role Scope:
- Keeping accurate records of all KPIs, overseeing the monitoring of individual performances ensuring regular feedback is given.
- Responsibility for the management and development of the Team Leader group ensuring expected standards are set and met.
- Maintaining productivity flow across operations, balancing pace to accuracy levels.
- Encouraging new ideas and improvements from Team Leaders and Operatives.
- Assisting with HR activities such as absence management, disciplinary matters, recruitment and training, development activities and deputising for the departmental manager where necessary.
